About Kaivan Tech
Kaivan Tech is a custom software development company in Ahmedabad. We design and build software for founders, startups and growing businesses: CRMs, ERP and operations systems, internal tools and dashboards, SaaS products, web and mobile apps, and the integrations that connect them. Our second specialism is DPDP Act compliance, because the software we build handles the personal data India’s new privacy law protects.
Founder
Kaivan Parikh founded Kaivan Tech in January 2026 to build software for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets or whose tools have started to slow them down. He works hands-on across system architecture, full-stack and API development, mobile apps and SaaS products, and leads every project from the first conversation about the business problem to launch and long-term support.
His rule for every project is simple: understand why a feature is needed before writing a line of code, and build the simplest version that genuinely moves the business. That sometimes means recommending a smaller system, or no new software at all.
Alongside client work, Kaivan is building Optimora, a workflow platform that helps businesses run their operations from one place. He studies Computer Engineering at SAL College of Engineering, Ahmedabad, and writes regularly on LinkedIn about custom software, operations and building a company.

Recent work
A business had outgrown its stock spreadsheet: two locations, daily transfers and several conflicting copies of the “main” sheet. We built a simple system with stock in and out logged where it happens, transfers between locations, automatic low-stock flags and role-based access, so everyone works from one set of numbers.
Custom ERP & inventory softwareA business owner spent time every week chasing payments, pending documents and missed follow-ups. We added scheduled email and WhatsApp reminders with polite nudges, so nobody has to remember to remember any more.
Workflow automationIndia’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies to most of the software we build. We audit websites, apps and business systems against the DPDP Act and Rules, and implement the fixes: consent and notice flows, data-rights workflows, logging and retention.
